• Location: Hampshire
• Salary: £28,000-£32,000 DOE
• Term: Permanent
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week, 33 days holiday

Company Overview

SRG is partnered with a leading manufacturer of personal care products, based in Hampshire. Due to growth and internal promotions, they are seeking two Graduate Chemists. The company fosters a supportive and collaborative culture, emphasizing internal development, with many senior chemists starting as graduate lab technicians.

Role Responsibilities

1. Formulating and developing skincare, cosmeceutical, and hair care products
2. Managing customer relationships
3. Meeting with customers in person and virtually
4. Creating initial product batches in the lab
5. Staying updated with industry trends
6. Participating in social media campaigns and product testing
7. Maintaining data files and sharing findings

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry or Cosmetic Science
• Recent lab experience from university or industry
• Strong communication skills
• Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
