Recent Chemistry or Cosmetic science graduates who are looking to kick-start their career in a leading personal care manufacturer are encouraged to apply.

SRG is exclusively partnered with a leading manufacturer of personal care products, based in Hampshire. Due to company growth and internal promotions, they are now looking for two (2) Graduate Chemists to join the team. This company has a supportive and collaborative culture, and pride themselves on internal development with some of their current Senior Development Chemists having started in the business as graduate Lab Technicians! This role would suit recent chemistry / cosmetic science graduates who have a deep interest in the personal care / skincare industry.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 40hours a week, 33 days holiday

Role / Description

Formulating and developing skincare, cosmeceutical, and hair care productsManaging customer relationshipsMeeting with customers in person and virtuallyCreating the initial product batches in the labKeeping up to date with the latest trends in the industryTaking part in social media campaigns, testing and talking about productsKeeping up to date data files - recording results and sharing findingsRequirements
