Your new company

Hays are working in partnership with a leading global, multidisciplined engineering and construction company to recruit a Graduate Chemical Engineer. This contractor provides a wide range of construction services across infrastructure sectors, including rail, water, power, and natural resources.

Your new role

Assist in the design of hydraulic and chemical dosing systems

Support process optimisation for water and wastewater treatment

Contribute to technical documentation and procurement activities

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on project delivery

Participate in site visits and commissioning

Technical Exposure

Flow dynamics, pumping systems, and chemical processes

Wastewater treatment and sludge handling

Process instrumentation and control

Industry standards and environmental compliance

What you'll need to succeed

Degree in Chemical Engineering (or nearing completion)

Strong numerical and scientific ability

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD/Revit is a plus

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Full Driving Licence
