Overview

Your first step towards a career at HURST is through our accountancy training scheme (ICAEW). If you are a recent graduate or you’re considering a career change, we are looking for high calibre audit trainees to join the HURST Business Services team and tax trainees to join HURST Tax Advisory team for our 2026 intake.

The training programme ensures that within three years, you could be qualified with the ICAEW. As a part of your HURST trainee journey, once qualified you will be provided with a mentor and tailored career plan.

What you\'ll need to succeed
