Role overview:

As a Graduate Change and Communications Consultant, you will develop change management strategies, design communication campaigns, and create training programs to facilitate the adoption of Microsoft 365 tools, fostering innovation and diversity within organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement change management strategies for Microsoft 365 adoption
• Design and execute communication campaigns to promote new tools and increase engagement
• Collaborate with clients to tailor training sessions for effective learning
• Create assets aligned with Microsoft 365 tools like Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot
• Apply change management methodologies such as ADKAR
• Stay updated with Microsoft technologies and best practices

Candidate profile:

• 2:1 degree, preferably in Media & Communications, marketing, journalism, or related fields
• People-oriented with understanding of what motivates others
• Creative thinker, capable of crafting engaging communication and presentations
• Some work experience, such as internships, is advantageous
