Job summary

A major UK charity is seeking a dedicated support professional to help clients with mental health needs or physical disabilities find sustainable employment. In this full-time role, you'll assist clients throughout their journey from assessment and job searching to coaching and ongoing support. The role requires strong communication skills and experience supporting vulnerable individuals. Full training in the IPS Employment Support model is provided.

Qualifications

• Voluntary or paid experience supporting vulnerable people.
• At least 12 months in a role where targets were met.

What we're looking for / Qualifications

Locations: Roles across London boroughs including Brent, Barnet, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hillingdon & Harrow, Hounslow, Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, Islington, Camden, Haringey.
