Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Graduate Carbon and Energy Consultant in Manchester. You will deliver carbon and energy management projects under supervision, helping clients reduce emissions and improve energy efficiency.

You will analyse data, prepare compliance documents for schemes like SECR, ESOS, and UK ETS, and collaborate with senior consultants on client workshops and proposals. A strong foundation in environmental science and Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or related field.
• Strong numerical/analytical abilities and Excel proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyse energy and carbon data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to deliver client projects.
• Prepare compliance documentation and reports for schemes like SECR, ESOS, UK ETS.
• Conduct research on energy and carbon regulations and best practices.
• Attend client meetings and workshops to present findings and recommendations.
