You’ll start with face‑to‑face customer engagement to learn what customers ask and how campaigns are delivered, then expand into broader coordination and planning with mentoring support.

Responsibilities

• Participate in face-to-face customer engagement to understand customer needs and delivery standards.
• Assist with campaign coordination, planning and performance updates.
• Record activity accurately and follow up on actions to support team goals.
• Prepare notes on customer questions, outcomes and recurring issues for team discussions.
