Job summary

Howdens Joinery is seeking a Graduate CAD Systems Analyst to support CAD and plan management systems. You will receive hands-on training, work with experienced analysts, and help depot users while building technical and analytical skills.

The role is based onsite in Raunds with travel to a Northampton site and driving licence required. You will log incidents, assist in testing upgrades, develop documentation, and contribute to problem-solving initiatives, all while delivering strong customer

Qualifications

• Hold a degree, or equivalent qualification, in a relevant technology discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to learn and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for CAD and plan management system incidents and requests.
• Troubleshoot issues for depot users and log incidents in the ITSM tool.
• Escalate complex issues to CAD System Analysts or the Lead CAD Systems Analyst.
• Assist with routine system administration and testing software updates.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Contribute ideas to improve service efficiency and ways of working.
