Job summary

Owen Daniels is seeking a Graduate Draughtsperson in Gloucestershire to produce and amend technical drawings using CAD software, supporting the design of components and assemblies. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills within an engineering environment.

You will collaborate with the engineering team to translate project specifications into accurate drawings, handle design updates and documentation, and build strong attention to detail, teamwork, and time management.

Qualifications

• CAD experience, ideally with Autodesk Inventor, although SolidWorks or similar packages will be considered.
• Experience creating or working with technical drawings.
• Interest in design and a relevant engineering background or qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce and amend technical drawings using CAD software, supporting the design of components and assemblies.
• Work with the engineering team to develop designs in line with project specifications and technical requirements.
• Assist with design updates, drawing revisions, and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Manage workloads effectively and collaborate with colleagues to meet project deadlines.
