Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer in Leominster for a role offering Full CNC Training. You'll work with SolidWorks to produce manufacturing drawings and develop production-ready files while gaining in-house and external training.

You will create 3D parts and assemblies, program/operate CNC and laser machines, and liaise with customers and suppliers. This is an autonomous position with clear progression and benefits.

Qualifications

• SolidWorks experience is required.
• Graduate mechanical design background or similar.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed manufacturing drawings.
• Convert customer sketches into production-ready files.
• Create 3D parts and assemblies.
• Program and operate CNC and laser machines.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers; support sales and admin tasks.
