Perhaps at the start of their career, we are looking for a driven individual with a strong commercial instinct. Ideally the candidate will understand distribution, purchasing and supply chains.

The role of Graduate Buyer:

The role will specifically cover the following areas:

• Managing stock levels in conjunction with Internal Account Managers
• Keeping track of and expediting purchase orders
• Placing orders, and day to day dealing with suppliers
• Processing enquires to exacting customer requirements in conjunction with account managers
• Supporting the internal team with effective account management

Key Skills and Essential Experience:

The successful candidate will have the following key skills:

• Have experience within a commercial or purchasing environment
• Be highly motivated and proactive
• Have excellent communication skills
• Possess commercial awareness and entrepreneurial flair
• Have experience of distribution/purchasing/supply chains/imports
