Salary: £27,510 - £29,555 per year

Contract Type: Temporary

Hours: 37 hours per week

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in performance analysis, and business improvement projects within a dynamic local authority setting. As part of our graduate programme, you’ll have opportunities to develop your skills, build your professional network, and enhance your future employability through hands-on experience and mentoring.

We’re seeking a graduate who is:

  • Educated to HND or degree level in Business Management or a related subject
  • Skilled in problem-solving, analytical thinking, research, communication, analysis, policy input, report writing and presenting findings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools
  • Has strong organisational skills, the ability to manage your own workload, and a commitment to meeting deadlines in a dynamic team environment
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
