Job Purpose:
Reporting directly to the Business Process Improvement Manager, you will be a key member of the BI team, providing support within the Window Systems Division.
The role involves supporting the delivery of business improvement initiatives through analytical thinking, data-driven problem solving, and structured project support. This graduate role aims to develop future BI leaders by offering hands-on experience in continuous improvement, systems analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Accountabilities:
General
- Adhere to organisational policies, management systems, and operational procedures, including health, safety, environmental, and quality responsibilities.

Technical
- Assist in delivering improvement projects across manufacturing, warehousing, and support functions.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Support development and maintenance of BI dashboards, reports, and visual management tools.
- Participate in A3 problem-solving activities and Obeya-style project reviews.
- Collaborate with BI Manager and site teams to implement lean tools and process improvements.
- Contribute to standardizing and documenting BI processes and systems.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
Key Experiences and Skills Required:
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Experience in Project Management and Process/Change management.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with data analysis tools or ERP/MES systems (e.g., Navision, Mattec).
- Full Driving License.
