Starting Salary: £28,000

  • Commuting distance of Billericay and able to be on site three days a week
  • Preferably commutable via car.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently deliver monthly and annual objectives related to both volume and penetration across multiple sales channels.
  • Renewals & Retention: Lead initiatives focused on retention and contract renewals at both group and site levels to meet defined targets.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute growth strategies across various financing and insurance products through partnerships with retail networks, with tailored focus on individual business groups.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with business partners, using technology and data insights to enhance collaboration and performance.
  • Data-Driven Insight: Leverage performance data to identify trends, uncover growth opportunities, and implement targeted solutions that support partner success.
