As a Business Development Executive, your daily responsibilities will include engaging with decision-makers such as CEOs, Heads of Operations, and MDs to understand their office fit-out needs. Your initial focus will be on reacting to inbound leads and canvassing for new business to generate qualified leads for the senior sales team. There are opportunities to progress into closing deals yourself and managing client relationships, with potential advancement to a Business Development Manager role within two years.
This entry-level role requires no prior experience in B2B sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong relationship-building skills, resilience, and tenacity. A driving license may be necessary due to the office location in Warrington. The package includes a salary of £25k, £35k OTE, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a company share offering.
