Graduate Business Development Executive

Salary: £27,000-£30,000 basic with OTE to take your package higher

Location- Swanley

Our Graduate Business Development Executive role is perfect for driven, hungry, ambitious individuals eager to excel in a vibrant and challenging industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity with one of our largest clients. Join a £500 million turnover company that will invest heavily in you, offering award-winning training and a clear progression path to leadership. High demand but high support. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals that have a real desire to win new business. We want hunters not farmers.

The role, unlike lots of sales roles out there, will offer variety and the chance to quickly build long-lasting relationships with both existing and new clients. Not only will you seek out the new business but you will nurture and grow your accounts. Your role will be 360, i.e you will do every element of the sales cycle which is super exciting. Think of it as your own little business.

  • £27,000- £30,000 plus uncapped profit share (can earn 6 figures down the line)

Role:

Qualifications - Educational and Other Requirements:

  • A degree in any discipline. ( Preferable)
  • A strong interest in developing a career in sales, with a clear vision for growth.
  • Hungry for success with a strong desire to win
  • Tenacious and competitive
  • Growth mindset and self motivated
  • A valid driving license is a plus.
