Reporting to the Sales Academy Manager, the Outbound Sales Executive (known internally as Graduate Business Development Executive) will be responsible for calling organisations to schedule business meetings (appointment setting) with key decision makers within the Commercial Real Estate sector across the UK. The Graduate Business Development Executive is money-motivated and will have what it takes to thrive in a fast-paced, targeted tele sales department within the Commercial Real Estate industry. This is an extremely large market which is continuing to grow, meaning if you're money-motivated and eager to make your mark, this is the place to be!

Duties And Responsibilities

  • You will adopt a multi-media approach through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage business prospects in conversation regarding their business rates expenditure and arrange appointments for the Field Sales team to pursue.
  • Follow up on leads over the phone and via email, educating and nurturing prospective candidates in order to secure their interest.
  • Meaningfully contribute quality, recurring revenue to Ryan LLC by qualifying opportunities and scheduling client meetings for the appropriate team.
  • Build relationships with key decision makers when discussing Ryan LLC’s services.
  • Create a pipeline of new business.
  • You will have weekly achievable targets. For example: Creating qualified sales appointments for our commercial property consultants to attend.


Education And Experience

  • Educated to degree level or relevant workplace experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. We are looking for somebody who can think on their feet and engage confidently with our clients.
  • Ability to maintain courage and resilience when faced with rejection.
  • Consistently have the desire to strike up a conversation with new individuals daily regardless of rejection.
  • Ability to network and make new connections.
  • Adaptable, resilient and target driven.
