The BDE role

As a Business Development Executive, your daily activities will include engaging with decision-makers (CEOs, Heads of Operations, MDs) to understand their office fit-out needs. Your initial focus will be on responding to inbound leads and canvassing for new business to generate qualified leads for the senior sales team. Over time, there will be opportunities to close deals yourself and manage client relationships, with potential progression to a Business Development Manager role within two years and further specialization opportunities.

What are we looking for?

This is an entry-level position; no prior B2B sales experience is necessary. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, resilience, and tenacity. No specific degree or work experience is required, only the soft skills and motivation to succeed in a dynamic environment. A driving license may be necessary due to the office location in Warrington.

Package offered:

• £25k base salary
