Who Are We?

• Atrio Search is a boutique search and selection recruitment consultancy focusing on top tier talent placement across the globe. We operate across Industrial, Life Science, Medical and Technology markets. What Is The Role?

• You will be a 360° Recruitment Business Consultant, which means you’ll be managing the entire end to end recruitment process. This includes sourcing candidates, business development, bringing on clients to a cold desk and making placements.
• You will essentially be running your own mini-business within a niche industry vertical (think Alternative Food Products, Lab Equipment, Diagnostics, Cyber Security etc.). You will be the only person in our business specialising in your given industry.

• This is a sales based role. You need to be driven by progression and continual success, have the ability to think innovatively and possess a strong work-ethic. No previous experience needed - we're looking for a skillset.

Your Responsibilities

• Sourcing high-level candidates and placing them with companies across the globe.
• Developing new business and clients from scratch to build career changing relationships.
• Conducting interviews over the phone as well as video calls with candidates and clients.
• Providing market maps and salary benchmarking to assist clients with strategic hires.
• Competitive base salary and uncapped commission scheme which is among the best in the industry. Average 1st year OTE £40-50k.
• A clear support network. While we expect a high level of independence, there's always 1-2-1 support and guidance available from industry experts.
• Mission Control - our self built internal CRM and business management suite supported by Ava (our very own AI) puts us miles ahead of our competitors by providing some of the most advanced tech in the recruitment industry that you'll use every day.
• Progression opportunities. Our Managing Directors began as a Business Consultants just 5 years ago. Atrio Search is built on many examples of people flourising through our progression routes. The management team comprises of those who began in your exact position.
