UCB is seeking an entry-level business analyst trainee for its UK & Ireland team. You will gain foundational experience in commercial business analysis, data interpretation and analytics, supporting stakeholders with insights and reports.

You will work with Excel, PowerPoint and BI tools, contributing to data-driven decisions and cross-functional projects. The role starts December 2026 and runs for 1 year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Willingness to learn and apply new concepts.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting techniques.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI (preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop deep understanding of Immunology and Epilepsy Rare diseases and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Reporting, Sales operations and offshore teams.
• Support analysis related to sales and patient performance management.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Medical and Market Access).
• Assist in implementing initiatives to optimize Go-to-Market strategies.
