My client is a global supply chain company that uses analytics to better understand the vast amount of data and activities that occur in multiple businesses every day. The company assists other organizations in identifying trends, increasing operational transparency, setting benchmarks, and achieving goals.

Working in an office of 12, you will be surrounded by like-minded academics who enjoy problem-solving and analytical thinking. You will participate in a structured graduate program, rotating through different areas of the business to gain a comprehensive understanding of your role's impact on the organization. You will work closely with the general manager and senior staff members for 12 months before taking on your own projects.

Requirements for the Graduate Business Analyst:

• Working on client sites and with customers
• Writing functional requirements to meet client specifications
• Writing use cases to meet functional requirements
• Building strong working relationships with customers
• Resolving client issues and queries concerning business functionality requirements
• Basic knowledge of SQL is desirable but not essential
• Analytical capabilities
• Enthusiastic and motivated
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
• Attention to detail, with the ability to produce clear, concise documentation
• Ability to work to tight deadlines while multitasking
• Excellent presentation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
• Well-developed time management skills
• Ability to be flexible with respect to working hours, according to operational requirements
• Excellent communication skills when speaking with customers
