Job summary

BAE Systems in Warton is launching a graduate programme where you will engage in the full product management lifecycle, handling basic stakeholder management, business analysis, problem solving, architecture, project delivery and financial controls.

From day one, you’ll work with experienced colleagues across disciplines on defence, aerospace and security projects, with a start date in September 2027 and a strong focus on wellbeing, development and long-term career prospects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 Bachelor’s degree in a related subject.
• Graduate programme requiring security and export control checks.
• Entry-level role with structured development plan.

Entry requirements? You’ll need a minimum 2:2 Bachelor’s degree in a subject related to your chosen area.
