Division info:

The Landing Gear Market division specializes in designing, qualifying, manufacturing, and repairing landing gears and flight-critical components for a customer base that includes OEMs and operators in both commercial and military sectors.

Summary of position:

The Business Analyst is responsible for understanding and translating datasets across multiple functions to create and manage dashboards using Qliksense and Power BI. Additional activities include inventory management, data analysis, and contract review.

Main responsibilities:

• Identify data sources and suitable analysis methods
• Develop visual data representations such as dashboards using Qliksense and Power BI
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Collaborate with Management and Business Improvement teams to understand project requirements
• Train and support colleagues in using Business Intelligence tools
• Investigate system anomalies and provide insights
• Prepare burn-down/waterfall charts as required by customers
• Generate On Time Delivery Reports for OE, MRO, and Spares orders, identifying root causes with Production Control and Finance
• Provide analytical support for contract review, demand management, and inventory trends
• Follow departmental procedures and safety standards
• Support projects and other activities as needed, including covering for colleagues and other team support

Qualifications:

• Degree education preferred
• Demonstrable knowledge of Data Analysis

Skills and Knowledge:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
• Strong understanding of Data visualization tools such as Qliksense and Power BI
• Creative in designing visually appealing and informative dashboards
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably LN
• Critical thinking skills to analyze data and identify risks and opportunities
• Self-motivated with initiative to resolve issues independently or in teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional and supplier interactions
• Organizational skills to efficiently meet customer requirements
• High attention to detail
