Job Title: Graduate Business Analyst

Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional with a background in Supply Chain Management or a related field? Looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? We're seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your knowledge, contribute meaningfully, and gain exposure across key supply chain areas such as procurement, shipping, data entry, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations of our supply chain and procurement functions.
• Track shipments from dispatch to delivery.
• Raise purchase requisitions to ensure timely availability of parts and materials.
• Monitor On-Time In-Full (OTIF), delivery performance, shortages, and adjustments.
• Conduct cost tracking and Purchase Price Variance (PPV) analysis.
• Manage open and closed purchase orders.
• Perform data entry into internal systems accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to update on order statuses.
• Assist with tasks such as goods receiving, assembly order closure, and special projects.
• Learn about our products to improve work accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Possesses a methodical, detail-oriented approach.
• Demonstrates strong communication and administrative skills.
• Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Shows initiative and effective time management.
• Comfortable using IT systems and office software.
