Job summary

A bespoke design and build company in London is seeking a recent Graduate Building Surveyor. Our client, a bespoke design and build company based in West London, is seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to undertake measured surveys of existing properties and sites, conduct condition surveys, and ideally have the ability to prepare a Revit model based on these surveys. We are looking for individuals with the following skills and experience:

  • Recent Graduate with RICS accredited Building Surveying degree
  • Some previous building surveying (or equivalent) experience preferred
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Experience working in a busy office environment and dealing with clients/customers is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to establish trust and develop effective working relationships
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
