Job summary

K3 Advisory Group is seeking a motivated Graduate Surveyor to join its Building & Project Consultancy team. The role offers exposure to dilapidations, condition surveys, and due diligence while working toward APC and MRICS status.

You will support senior surveyors, work across traditional and distressed asset projects, and gain experience in contract administration and cost planning for developments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Surveying from an RICS accredited course.
• Commitment to completing the APC and achieving MRICS status.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inspections, measurements, desktop statutory research and report writing.
• Assist with the preparation of schedules of conditions and schedules of dilapidations.
• Contribute to advisory projects for lenders, administrators and receivers in relation to distressed development sites.
• Assist with the preparation of budget costs to complete developments to support recommendations.
• Assist with property disposals and asset management strategies arising from insolvency cases.
• Assist with management of construction work.
• Actively participate in APC training, logging experience and developing the skills required to achieve MRICS accreditation.
