Ridge & Partners Llp in Newcastle is launching its two-year Evolve graduate programme for aspiring Building Surveyors. You will gain on-the-job learning, work on prestigious projects, and handle core building surveying tasks such as PPM surveys, pre-acquisition surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidations, and reinstatement cost assessments.

Qualifications

• 2:1 Building Surveying degree or closely related subject expected in 2026/2027 or a related Master’s degree.
• Interest in the built environment and passion for sustainable development.
• Availability to start full-time from Autumn 2027.

Responsibilities

• Gain on-the-job learning across core Building Surveying instructions including PPm surveys, pre-acquisition surveys.
• Work with a team on prestigious projects across residential, educational, industrial and commercial sectors.
• Receive mentoring and CPD opportunities to develop professional chartership.
