Job Description:

Salary £20,000-£25,000 | Vacancy type: Permanent | Categories: Building Surveying

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Determine the condition of existing buildings, identifying and analysing defects, including proposals for repair.
  • Advise on the health and safety aspects of buildings.
  • Visit sites to complete Building Surveyor inspections.
  • Conduct desktop survey research about sites.
  • Prepare reports following inspections to outline the state of the property/site.
  • Assist with the coordination of portfolio instructions and undertake other duties as reasonably required.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Degree in Building Surveying (or suitable experience).
  • Up to two years’ Building Surveying experience.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ArchiCAD/CAD proficiency or working towards it.
  • Full UK Driving License.
