About The Role

We have exciting graduate opportunities within building surveying for you to join our Bristol team.

You will support project leaders in generating a high standard of service delivery, achieving successful outcomes for our clients, capturing and sharing knowledge across projects, enhancing our culture of innovation and reinforcing our reputation as a preferred service provider. The role covers the full spectrum of building surveying services, including design and specification, clerk of works, contract administration, and building surveys.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering projects, commissions, and professional assignments
  • Working as a proactive team player
  • Maintaining effective communication for successful project completion and liaising with managers for financial control
  • Delivering work outputs accurately and timely
  • Representing the company professionally; meeting, negotiating, and building relationships with clients
  • Supporting senior managers in daily operations
  • Maintaining project quality and commercial procedures
  • Managing relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues
  • Studying towards chartered surveyor status in your own time

Requirements:

  • BSc in building surveying or equivalent
  • Good technical writing and communication skills
  • Experience in higher education, local government, or healthcare sectors beneficial
  • Skills in project management, EPCs/FRAs, repairs, maintenance, and condition assessment beneficial (training provided)

Training and progression (APC programme):

We provide structured RICS APC training, enabling you to become a chartered surveyor in at least two years.
