What will I be doing, what training is available?

• You will be responsible for writing specifications, schedules of work, condition surveying, defect analysis, building pathology and much more.
• The role will suit a Building Surveyor graduate with some industry experience.
• Full support to start your APC process is available if you have a RICS accredited degree.

What do I need?

• A RICS accredited degree in building surveying with one or two years’ experience.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Locally based to travel into the office and happy to travel to projects and work in London.
