Graduate Building Surveyor

Location: Norwich

Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 Per Annum

Due to continued growth our Client has an opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join our team of Chartered Surveyors and architectural designers carrying out work throughout Norfolk and East Anglia. They’re offering a great opportunity for Graduates to receive full support throughout the RICS APC process.

The successful candidate will be provided with a varied workload across a wide range of surveying and architectural work including the following:

The Role:

  • Residential and commercial building surveys
  • Architectural design
  • Contract Administration
  • Party walls
  • Dilapidations
  • Principal Designer/CDM

You:

  • Degree in Building Surveying
  • Competency in using AutoCAD
  • Excellent communication skills and professional manner
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Desire to progress your career within a small team
  • Full UK driving licence
