• Assisted Project Management & Contractor Oversight: You\'ll support senior surveyors in managing projects from start to finish, helping to ensure smooth delivery and learning how to work effectively with contractors.
• Condition Surveys & Defect Diagnosis: You will accompany senior surveyors on site visits to conduct condition surveys and assist in the investigation of building defects.
• Client Support: You\'ll learn how to build and maintain strong professional relationships by assisting our team in providing essential support and advice to clients.
• Support with Project Budgets: You\'ll help with the administration of project budgets, gaining an understanding of financial efficiency in property projects.
