Graduate Building Surveyor – Watford.

Are you a motivated Graduate Building Surveyor with 1-3 years of experience, ready to take your career to the next level? We’re excited to be partnering with a leading Building Surveying Consultancy to find an enthusiastic Graduate/Intermediate Building Surveyor for their new office in Watford. This is an exceptional chance to gain hands-on experience, work on prestigious projects, and receive full APC support on your path to RICS Chartered status.

About the Role: Graduate Building Surveyor

In this role, you will contribute to a wide range of building surveying services across high-profile projects in sectors such as educational and commercial. You’ll be involved in preparing detailed designs, drawings, and specifications, participating in client meetings, and assisting senior colleagues with project management and client relationship building.

Key Responsibilities for the Graduate Building Surveyor:

  1. Create designs, drawings, and specifications for diverse projects.
  2. Attend client meetings and offer technical insights.
  3. Support senior surveyors with project management tasks and client interactions.
  4. Contribute to the growth of the business by supporting both new and ongoing client projects.

About You the Graduate Building Surveyor:

  1. Degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
  2. Driven to work toward RICS APC and Chartered status.
