TSA Surveying Ltd in Bristol is seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join our growing team. You will work alongside Chartered Building Surveyors, gaining exposure to a broad mix of professional and project work while supported towards MRICS status.

Ideal candidate has 6–12 months post-graduate experience, a Building Surveying degree (RICS Accredited), APC involvement, and a proactive, communicative mindset. Hybrid working and salary £30,000–£38,000 are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Surveying (RICS Accredited).
• 6 months to 1 year experience within a Building Surveying consultancy.
• APC enrolled or looking to begin the APC process soon.
• Ambition to achieve MRICS status.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to take on responsibility.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering professional and project-based instructions across a wide range of commercial properties.
• Project Management, Contract Administration and Commercial Dilapidations.
• Technical Due Diligence and Pre-Acquisition Surveys.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 6 months to 1 year's post-graduate experience who is looking to build a successful career within commercial building surveying.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, eager to learn and committed to developing a long-term career in Building Surveying.

Ideally you'll have:

• A degree in Building Surveying (RICS Accredited)
• Around 6 months to 1 year's experience within a Building Surveying consultancy
• Already enrolled on your APC, or looking to begin the APC process in the near future
• A genuine ambition to achieve MRICS status
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to take on responsibility
