We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Graduate Building Services Engineer to join our client's expanding team in Liverpool. Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the design and delivery of building services systems, including HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
2. Contribute to energy and sustainability strategies, focusing on low-carbon and energy-efficient design solutions.
3. Work alongside project teams, including architects, contractors, and other engineers, to integrate building services systems into overall project designs.
4. Gain exposure to sustainability certifications (e.g., BREEAM, LEED) and their application in real-world projects.
5. Support the delivery of energy modelling, performance simulations, and energy efficiency assessments for building services systems.

Essential Requirements:

1. A recent degree (or expected graduation) in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of building systems and services.
3. An interest in energy efficiency and sustainability within the built environment.
4. Good problem-solving skills with an enthusiasm for technical design.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Desirable Skills:

1. Familiarity with CAD software and building design tools.
2. Knowledge of sustainability certifications such as BREEAM or LEED.
3. An interest in energy modelling and simulation tools (e.g., IES, Hevacomp).
