Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited in Guildford is seeking a Graduate Bid Writer to help translate technical and commercial information into persuasive tender submissions for UK projects across councils and leisure attractions.

You will support the Bid Manager, manage deadlines, research opportunities, and develop high-quality responses while progressing through an in-house training program. The role offers progression and a salary in the 30,000–35,000 range.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a literacy/research degree.
• Looking for a Bid Writing role.
• Commutable to Godalming.

Responsibilities

• Translating technical and commercial information into clear and persuasive written responses.
• Supporting the Bid Manager with the coordination and preparation of tender submissions.
• Managing tender deadlines, clarifications and required submission information.
• Conducting research to support bid responses, case studies and project references.
• Ensuring submissions meet tender requirements, specifications and compliance criteria.
• Mon - Fri (8.30 am - 5 pm)
