"I left university in 2018 unsure of my path. I returned to hospitality, then moved into a copywriting role, and finally found my footing as a Graduate Bid Writer at NCHA. Despite starting during COVID-19 with remote work, I received excellent support and development opportunities from my managers. NCHA's caring culture and teamwork have made it a place where I see myself staying long-term."
