Overview

As a Graduate Bid Writer, you'll join the Pre-construction team to win work across target sectors: education, healthcare, commercial and residential. You will plan, coordinate and develop quality written content to articulate proposals to clients. This role is designed for a recent graduate eager to launch a career in bid management.

What will your day-to-day duties include?
  • Assisting in the overall management and coordination of construction tenders from start to finish
  • Supporting the Preconstruction Managers in developing written content for bids, presenting technical information in a client-friendly style
  • Working with the business development, marketing and project leads to develop a win strategy and weave win themes throughout the bid
  • Participating in site visits to learn about projects and gather data, evidence and case studies for bids and marketing materials
  • Supporting the development of the bid library and contributing to collateral
  • Attending client and consultant meetings relevant to bid responses to test and develop solutions with technical teams
  • Shadowing our commercial, estimating, planning, design and engineering teams to understand critical roles and opportunities for your career
