We’re looking for caring, calm, and motivated graduates to support students with special educational needs and behavioural challenges. You’ll be based in a specialist school, working alongside experienced teachers, therapists, and SENCOs, helping pupils navigate learning, emotions, and daily routines.
What the role involves:
Supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH, or complex needs
Offering encouragement and guidance during lessons
Helping manage emotional and behavioural challenges
Being a consistent, positive presence in a pupil’s day
Working 1:1 or in small groups to build trust and confidence
This could be perfect if you’re:
A recent graduate in Psychology, Education, Youth Work, Social Work, or a related field
Considering teaching, educational psychology, or a career in mental health
Great at staying calm under pressure and committed to making a difference

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
