We’re looking for caring, calm, and motivated graduates to support students with special educational needs and behavioural challenges. You’ll be based in a specialist school, working alongside experienced teachers, therapists, and SENCOs, helping pupils navigate learning, emotions, and daily routines.

What the role involves:

  • Supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH, or complex needs

  • Offering encouragement and guidance during lessons

  • Helping manage emotional and behavioural challenges

  • Being a consistent, positive presence in a pupil’s day

  • Working 1:1 or in small groups to build trust and confidence

This could be perfect if you’re:

  • A recent graduate in Psychology, Education, Youth Work, Social Work, or a related field

  • Considering teaching, educational psychology, or a career in mental health

  • Great at staying calm under pressure and committed to making a difference
