Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support within the classroom and pastoral activities.
• Assist teachers in managing challenging behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Support the development of social and emotional skills in pupils.
• Act as a positive role model, offering guidance and encouragement.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and psychologists to ensure effective support strategies.
