Role Details:

• Gain experience in an outstanding secondary school
• Location: Burnley
• Support pupils with behavioural needs
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and senior leaders
• Build strong relationships with students
• Be a role model
• Track attendance, progress, and other data
• Long-term position, paid £110-£120 per day
• Work Monday to Friday, school hours, term-time only
• DBS check required; safeguarding training provided

Requirements:

• Degree 2:2 or above, preferably in psychology, but other subjects considered
• Confident and empathetic
• Firm but fair approach
• Ability to build relationships with students
