Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or relevant customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data input.
• Ability to work under own initiative and meet deadlines.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with other areas of the bank.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound and outbound calls and handle enquiries.
• Check new account opening documents from Front Office teams.
• Process new and maturing Savings applications with KYC/CDD checks.
• Ensure AML, KYC and CDD requirements are met and searches performed.
• Create CIFs and new customer accounts.
• Perform ongoing account maintenance including Internet Banking setup.
