Job summary

Bridgewater UK is offering a fast-paced graduate Trainee role in England. You’ll join the UK’s largest B2B supplier of electrical equipment, start with a structured six-month training programme across warehouse, logistics and sales, and progress into field sales and management with hands-on learning and mentorship.

You’ll build relationships with electricians and tradespeople, travel locally in a company car after initial training, and aim for leadership within the group.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Ability to start a full-time role immediately.
• Graduate training programme across warehouse, logistics and sales.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from the ground up and build relationships with customers.
• Progress into internal sales and account management with field opportunities.
• Travel locally in a company car to meet clients and develop projects.
• Grow toward a sales/management leadership role within the group.
