Bridgewater Recruitment Group seeks a Graduate Sales & Business Management Trainee for a fast-paced development programme with the UK’s largest B2B supplier of electrical equipment. You will learn the business end-to-end, building relationships with electricians, contractors and tradespeople, with clear progression into sales leadership and management.

The programme offers two pay rises in the first year, profit share bonuses, training bonuses up to £1,800, 25 days of holiday and employer

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to start a full-time role immediately

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from the ground up, building strong customer relationships and progressing into field sales and business management.
• Move into internal sales and account management, engaging with B2B customers by phone and face-to-face at the trade counter.
• Develop core knowledge of sales, warehouse, logistics, supply chain, administration, IT software and marketing.
• Travel locally in your company car to meet clients, socialise and discuss projects.
