Bridgewater Resources UK is offering a graduate trainee programme to develop future B2B sales leaders. You’ll learn the business from the ground up, build relationships with electricians, contractors and tradespeople, and progress into field sales and management roles.

Expect training, mentoring and progression into higher earning opportunities. Starting salary is 31,000–33,000 with two pay rises in your first year; travel locally in a company car and a sociable, event-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to start a full-time role immediately
• Some sales or customer service experience

• Build relationships with customers face-to-face at the trade counter
• Progress into internal/external B2B sales and management
• Travel locally in a company car to meet clients and network
• Develop product knowledge of electrical equipment and suppliers
