Willis Aviation Services Limited (WASL) is seeking a Graduate Planning & Records Engineer to join our UK CAA and EASA Part-145 approved aircraft maintenance environment. This role offers hands-on development in aircraft maintenance planning, technical records and aviation engineering.

You will work with experienced maintenance and planning professionals, gaining exposure to Tracking Plus systems and contributing to daily status workflows while building a career in aviation.

Qualifikationen

• A degree or equivalent qualification in an engineering, aviation, aerospace, planning or other relevant discipline.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and liaise with stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn Part-145 and CAMO requirements.
• Technical ability to interpret information and data.

Aufgaben

• Review customer work packages and assist with planning aircraft maintenance checks.
• Identify requirements for engine runs, tooling and activities for planned maintenance.
• Create and maintain Gantt charts to show milestones of planned checks.
• Liaise with Planning, CAMO and customer planning teams on changes to inputs.
• Support CAMO addendums and monitoring of additional work.
• Coordinate 3rd party services for Part 145 compliance.
• Assist with information/data for Daily Status Reports.
• Identify and correct issues in Tracking Plus and other records systems.
