Job description

Graduate Autism Behavioural Therapist (ABA)

Location: Leeds, LS19 7YA
Salary: £12.50 - £18 per hour (based on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 6:30 pm, with rare late finishes)
Contract: Full time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

  1. Implementing Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) strategies to support individuals with autism.
  2. Working closely with families and other professionals to develop individualized support plans.
  3. Monitoring and recording progress and adapting strategies as necessary.
  4. Providing training and support to families and caregivers.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Relevant degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  2. Experience in working with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
