Job summary

BDO UK is recruiting for an Audit Graduate on a three-year training programme, starting 20 September 2027. You will gain hands-on audit experience while working toward the ICAS qualification and collaborating with teams across Pension Audit, Public Sector, Not-for-Profit, Financial Services and Technology Risk Assurance.

You’ll learn from managers and partners, progressing as responsibilities grow. The programme ends with fully qualified status and a permanent role.

Qualifications

• A minimum 2:2 degree in any discipline (obtained or predicted).
• Three A-levels (or equivalent) at A*-C, or four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers at A-B.
• GCSEs at grade 4+ in Maths and English (or S/N5).
• Commitment to balancing study and professional work.
• Right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not provided for these roles.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on Audit experience across specialist areas.
• Learn from experienced colleagues and work with clients from day one.
• Develop technical and commercial skills while progressing towards ICAS qualification.
