What does a Recruitment Consultant do?

Specialising in the Education & Training sector, day to day, you will be trained to:

• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
• Win new business and negotiate business terms
• Build relationships with candidates
• Identify new opportunities within the market
• Organise interviews
• Negotiate salaries and rates
• Close deals and earn commission!!

This role is incredibly fast-paced!

What we are looking for

We hire on attributes as opposed to experience. Across our current top billers, we have graduates fresh from university alongside individuals who have spent a few years in a range of careers including the Forces, hospitality, teaching, sales and even professional sport.

• 2:1 + in any subject OR 2 years commercial experience in any setting
